Message wall?

If an admin is reading this, could you tell me why not use message walls?

I recall an earlier discussion that took place on the wiki when the new forums were released. They're not exactly message walls, but they're quite similar. At the time, most of the users believed the wiki was to be more of a "wiki" and less of a social site. Message walls seemed to promote socialising more than they did for the wiki itself, so they were never activated. Of course if you feel that this wiki should have message walls activated, feel free to bring it up on our forums.   Random-storykeeper 06:07, June 9, 2014 (UTC)

Sorry! I'll pay more attention to chat next time. As you can see by my browser, I was trying to pass a level in GunBrick SD. I honestly hate some parts in certain levels. RE:Sockpuppet policies

I don't think we have one, but the general rule everyone knows is that you can have sockpuppet accounts as long as they don't interfere with the wiki (e.g: evade bans, get extra votes for people's RfAs, etc.). --Talk to NOBODY   00:23, February 6, 2015 (UTC)

Nav bar

Yes, I made it a few months ago. At the time my knowledge of css was very basic, but now I think I can do that. I'll answer in some minutes with the new code. Also, add this:

RE:Anon editing switch

No, Special:WikiFeatures on this wiki does not have it, probably because Nitrome Wiki had anonymous editing disabled before the wiki feature was even created. Back in August 2013, due to some change in COPPA, Wikia had to make some changes to how anonymous editing was handled and decided to block it on wikis aimed at children, but only went through the top 5000 wikis on Wikia to roll this out, Nitrome Wiki being effected by this.

Currently, there is a checkbox you can select to indicate that it is for children, and doing so will disable anonymous editing. Of course, you can also email Wikia to disable anonymous editing if your wiki is aimed at children. Also, I think Wikia may themselves disable anonymous editing if they find a wiki that is aimed at children. --Talk to NOBODY   23:15, July 26, 2015 (UTC)
