Talk:Robot (Rustyard)

I think this Page should be called "Robot" instead of "Rusty". Because the Game calls the Character "Robot".

Actually, when looking at the help section of the menu, the game refers to it as "the character". Does that mean that "the character" is the official name of the robot, and that this page should be named "The Character"? I only say this to make a statement.

I mean, notice how the first level calls it "the robot". It's not capitalized, so it's not exactly what the robot's name is, it's just saying who he is. And it's true, he's a robot, but he is without a name. Rusty would have made sense, but you're right; it's not mentioned anywhere in the game. But neither does Nitrome actually give this character a name. We could have just called it "Rusty" and used the Unnamed template, couldn't we? "Robot" might just confuse people, since there are robots from Magneboy, Fault Line, etc, etc.

Oh, I know....someone should do fan art of the robot from "Rustyard" and let's see what Nitrome refers to it as if they post it in their blog, like what was done with Zapo! Contact ^.^ Random-storykeeper ^.^ aka Doom 04:31, April 11, 2011 (UTC)

I see what you mean. I'll move the page and place a Unnamed Template.--I'm Nobody (we mean the User)  •  Creator of Nitrome Universe 13:06, April 11, 2011 (UTC)

And 4 Years later[edit source]

We still have his name as Rusty? Just undo my edits, I'm not gonna wait for any cinfirmation from anyone. -- • Talk to the https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/nitromefanfiction/images/6/6f/FFT-2.pngFlyNMD.png 11:25, February 17, 2015 (UTC)
