Health upgrades are power ups in Blue Knight. They are the fourth power up, and the only one that is not necessary for completing the game.

Health upgrades are power ups that are often placed at high up or hard to reach locations in Blue Knight. Upon obtaining one, the player is alerted of a "health upgrade". Only two are given to the player in plain sight, others must be looked for. Most health upgrades require the jetpack to be reached.

Although health upgrades are not mandatory for completion of the game, they make the game easier by supplying the player with extra health. It is possible to complete the game without any health upgrades, doing this not being that hard bu requiring a considerably amount of moving around.
