Use

Place this template on talk page sections and on forums which have an incomplete discussion. An incomplete discussion is a discussion in which no agreement has been reached, or that no follow-up action has been taken.

Template Functions

This template is a visual reminder for members to complete incomplete discussions, and also automatically categorises the discussion page the template is on under Category:Ongoing discussions.
