Push beams are interactive objects and obstacles in the game Flipside. They first appear on level eight.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Push beams are thin and grey, and are made of metal. They have a hinge at one end that looks like a round ball.
Game information[edit | edit source]
Push beams are placed in the way of the racer, and must be pushed over to pass. If the racer hits the base, not much will happen, but if the racer jumps and hits the top, leverage will cause the wall to completely move out of the way. Once there is room, the racer can drive across.
Push beams are often used to hide secret passageways that will allow the racer to complete the track quicker than any other racer.
